my point is that i have gotten advice like this before that has in
fact been dead wrong; it assumes the other person is playing hardball
when in fact they cannot pronounce it :) That's all. Everything
depends on what is going on at the client end. If the guy has paid him
before I am thinking he is probably not a professional deadbeat. Might
be worth poking him a couple times.
