Also a lot more effort should be put into methane. It can power current 
vehicles with only changes to the carburetor and storage. Its easily produced 
using waste, most medium sized cities produce enough through their waste 
treament plants. There are even production cars out there, like the Volvo 850 
that can run on methane without any conversion at all.
