why then were so few military people killed? incompitance? good intentions
do not get you off the hook. They WERE trying to kill the British governors,
military, and police, weren't they?

limiting civilian deaths is a good thing.
attacking military targets is the right thing when fighting.

But, I will ask again. Does the actions of 9/11 when attacking the pentagon
qualify as militant action, then? What about McVey attacking a mixed use
building, which also was housing his "enemy", the us government and its tax
machine. what about the IRA killing policemen by blowing up a bar? What
about the bombing of the Marine Barracks in Beruit? What about Palestinians
blowing up a busstop full of military people?

Because if you insist that what Irgin did was all "by the rules", you have
to use the same language to describe anyone else using the same or similar
tactics.

(Which I personally am not willing to do. When those things are done, I call
it terrorism. Regardless of who does it)
