I'm not sure I can agree with you on this one. Wright's rhetoric is a bit more than just "those white people have been putting us black people down". I think the words he used were "God damn America."

Obama did not do that. McCain did. > >> > >> 3. If you were there as a child the decision wasn't yours. In Obama's case, he didn't leave until Wright's insanity was brought to light and even then it took him a bit of time before the relationship was broken off. > I sat in church with my parents for 20+ years and didn't argue with > their preacher's anti-Catholic/anti-Semantic rants, until I finally > realized how damaging and dangerous they were, then I walked away. > That doesn't make me anti-Catholic/anti-Semantic, and Obama's similar > action doesn't make him anti-American. > > > This is not evidence of him being Anti-American but it can easily go > towards > > him having poor judgment in long term friends. > > Wright may have been his friend. The others were business associates. I at least want to know something about them before I go into business with them. I'm a nobody and who I associate with is only of interest to the secret service. Obama is a politician and one who is running for the presidency. If he doesn't vet his business associates it again brings his judgment into question. > Again, do you vet your business associates for political agendas. > Even the man who prosecuted Ayers has vehemently stated that Obama is > free of taint from the association. > ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Adobe® ColdFusion® 8 software 8 is the most important and dramatic release to date Get the Free Trial http://ad.doubleclick.net/clk;207172674;29440083;f Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:276716 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5
