Bullshit, this is totally about free speech. Ex-soldiers were given
briefings so they could go on the air and talk about the war, get their
facts straight, and provide good analysis. None of that was hidden, I
remember quite distinctly that several of these guys mentioned on air having
been at briefings at the Pentagon. Furthermore, McInerney said the
information he was provided was the same information provided to the media,
and there is no indication that anything secret was ever leaked.

This investigation is the Democratic Party trying to silence dissenting
voices, plain and simple.
