Yes.

Nope - include it.

Secular marriage is about commitment and responsibility - that's it and
that's all it should be about.  If straight men want to raise a child
together "Three men and a Baby" style, let them get married.  If Polygamists
want to commit to that relationship, so be it.

Limiting secular, legal unions on the religious rules of a few religions is
utterly ridiculous in my opinion.  There's no reason that a marriage of
three is any more legally complex than a marriage of two.  There's no legal
reason that sex (and religion's obsession with sex) has to enter into
marriage in any way.

But no - you can't marry a donkey or an XBox.  Neither of them can truly
make the commitment.  But after we create super-intelligent space-faring
Donkeys - then sure.
