If he was lobbying congress on behalf of those organizations then I
totally agree. That's what lobbying is. Being a consultant to
companies and explaining to them how congress works is an entirely
different job.

And if he was lobbying Congress and wasn't registered then that ought
to be investigated because I believe that it would be illegal.
