I would still recommend you stay out of court, but it is fantastic that you
have some form of contract signed off on :)
This sounds like it may take getting a bit rough to get your money out of
this firm actually...but see how things go first.

Also, the leverage that you think you have, what's stopping them from
changing their DNS pointers on their Domain to point to someone else's
servers?
Do you control the domain as well?
