This article is referrign to specific Mosques, ones with a predominantly Somalian 'congregation'(?). And it seems to me that it is a small number of mosques either invovled or under investigation.
Using that as a basis and usin grecent events, I can claim that Democratic Congresssmen cannot live with paying taxes on time.
