erm. I have not looked at the answers, and am not sure what the "correct" answer to 19 might be, except that it's not B and probably not D. It's obvious what the "correct" answer to 20 is, but in a lot of groups that would not be what happens. Answering anything else would probably be naive, but.... there is in fact a cultural norm there.
