Well you make a good point: in the Whitehouse or fishing, Bush wouldn't listen to the terrorism desk who "had their hair on fire all summer" about Bin Laden. So, yeah, I guess with a world-class asshat like Bush, he's gonna fuck it up no matter where he is. But factually Bush refused to listen to his terrorism experts, then went on vacation for a month (as did CIA Fuck Up Tenet), then refused to listen again during a special meeting on Sept 4th, then sat on his ass for 20 minutes while the country was under attack.
