She was 17 with no political connections, it was early evening and
police where on the scene and chose not to test for alc.
The victim did not bleed to death because she hid and refused to get him help.

Kennedy was at a party likely drunk, refused to allow his chauffeur to
drive him.
Refused to call for help to save the girl for fear of a misdemeanor
DUI that his family would have made disappear anyway. He even told his
friends not to tell the other girls at the party for fear they would
jump in to try and save her.
That sounds like voluntary manslaughter.

I'm amazed you would even try to compare the two?
Any opportunity to knock a Bush I guess.
