Eric, Can you read your post again, and try again? You need to at least TRY to tell the truth here.
The law has not taken effect. It will not be in effect until, at minimum, 90 days after the close of the legislative session. Assuming it survives the numerous law suits, injunctions and appeals So, exactly how was this law responsible for that detention? (And do you have a link to that story?)
