Despite what you think, there is no sovereign nation called Gaza, Hamas, Hamas-stein or even Palestine. There is negotiation to bring such a nation into existence but for now there are only 2 sovereign nations there and they are Egypt and Israel.
And yes, according to maritime law, Israel does in fact have the right to blockade Gaza and stop ships trying to break the blockade. I posted the link and section earlier in this thread. Read, then comment. And again, the loaded terms such as war crime. What war? Between what parties?
