Elite forces also shouldn't have been able to get disarmed by a bunch of
activists either...I am really questioning that common wisdom of the Israeli
military being the best in the world.  Maybe that was just a myth spread to
cover up an bunch of inept assholes?

Please note I am not trying to defend the actions of the Israelis, not
am I condemning them. To be honest, I do not think we have enough
information to form any kind of informed opinion of what happened. As
was pointed out in another thread, the truth most likely lies
somewhere between the 2 sides of the story
