When most charities limit help to once a month because they are so
overwhelmed...that's not much of an option.  They certainly don't give you a
month's worth of food.  That's not even talking about getting bills and
rent/mortgage paid when you have no income.  Most places that help with that
require that you have future ability to pay or they won't help you at all.
