Positive reinforcement works best when earned.  You go to jail, you go until
you earn your way back out.  Sounds fair enough to me.  We invent all kinds
of assinine rules for how people can get in and out of jail now, so I'm sure
we can come up with a workable rewards system.

I know.  Teach them all about computers and .NET and ASP and when they all
get out and get jobs, we can say MS developers are all a bunch of ex cons ;)
