Same reason why other types of religious slaughter were banned. Even somebody who threw a bunch of squirrels through a shredder was convicted for cruelty. And those squirrels die quite a bit faster as animals do in kosher slaughter. Bottom line: slaughter without sedation is disallowed. Why would this be antisemitic?
