So according to what Judah posted, it looks like they never supported this
law. They did engage in a conference about which the stupidity of making
homosexuality illegal was apparently discussed. The law was then considered
at some point after the conference, at which time Exodus sent a letter
expressing concern about the law (NOT support). They then said they never
had, and never would, support such a law, and they regretted being involved
with the conference in the first place.

So, is Eric's statement true: They lobbied for a law in Uganda that made
being gay an executable offence.
