"See your own example of Walmart. Despite their high turnover they have not and
will not change their way of doing business because they could care less
about turnover at that level."

Now look at Costco as a counter example.


"So you proved my point with your example, not sure if that is what you
were trying to do."

Not even close.  The people leave because they can.  They have a choice.
 They go to better jobs.



The true fallacy is that there is a free market or anything resembling a
free market in the US.  Government intervention to protect some and punish
others has destroyed the free market.
