When you are a celebrity...you are not an "individual"...if you were an "individual" like everyone else, then people like the paparazzi would not be able to indiscriminately photograph people and they would get sue for trespassing, being peeping Toms, etc...things that would protect you and me against these acts do not apply. He made statements and people connect him with A&E so if he says stupid shit while he has a running show on A&E, they can fire him for saying stupid shit. It's just like the restricts soldiers have while they are in uniform on what they can and cannot do because while in uniform, they represent their branch of service.
