I did not say she was a child, I was playing the 'what if; game that Rick was so keen on playing to see when the victim is no longer to blame for getting hit.
You then turned around and made the inference that I was saying all women are like children. With the disclaimer that I am not a qualified medical professional, I think she is in an abusive relationship. That abuse may not always be physical, but abuse need not be physical to be damaging. I have seen, more times than I care to remember, people who defend their abusers and blame everyone else for the problem - and this includes men who were being abused.
