I saw nothing in that video that warranted anything. Once the cuffs are on
its OVER YOU DON'T DO ANYTHING else.
Sure bloods pumping but a stupid cop who lets his temper slips deserves to
loose his job and god help him if they ever catch him out in public cause
he'll get repaid in full.

Police officers are to protect us how can we fully trust them if we don't
care what happens, sure its 1 mistake and 1 bad apple but if they don't fix
the situation and make sure they rectify it then it will lessen the way
officers are looked at all around the country.
