Hmmmm...I am not sure that I agree or disagree with this. On one hand, if I
know a friend of mine is drunk and may get in a wreck and kill himself or
others I would take the keys and not let him drive. But if I feel that he is
not very intoxicated, and he is not slurring his speech and seems normal, I
might. I have 3 kids, so I am more than likely going to choose the the first
one. It is just like a bar that lets a person drive that is too drunk to do
so, they can be fined for allowing it.
