Well I think they are going to have a damned hard time proving that this guy was responsible for the deaths. First off, he dropped the guy off, and 3 hours later after he decided to continue drinking and driving he got in the accident. He may well have been sober enough to drive at the point he was dropped off, and only became intoxicated again after continuing to drink after he was thrown in jail for it...Retard!!!
