They just want to blame someone since this guy died on the scene.

You can't hold the friend responsible because this guy was a fu###king moron
scumbag who didn't care about anything enough not to drink and drive. MY
uncle was killed by a drunk driver, my cousin was killed by a drunk driver
and a friend of mine was hurt by a drunk driver, but I still don' tthink you
can make a person keep someone drunk from doing anything. The most you can
do is stop serving them liquor and call them a cab and TRY not to let them
drive. You cant predict the future and you can't litigate what a "friend" is
legally supposed to do. What if he dropped the moron off at home and he went
out and drove, would they have charged the friend because he didn't sit and
baby sit the guy until the next morning? Even then after the night you still
have liquor in your system so I guess he has to stay with the guy for 24+
hours or he's liable for anything.

If that's the way its gonna be I'm sorry but don't anyone call me if you
want to drink or get arrested for drinking and driving.
