Bush actually pulled back diplomatic staff from both the Middle East and
N. Korea as soon as he got in, appeared to be fairly poltically
motivated.

GW made it, don't even ask about Al Gore.  And I wasn't comparing him to
Clinton.

Secondly, I do feel that GW is moronic - the man can't talk on his own
and relies on speech writers

I think he does have a sense of diplomacy.  Look where diplomacy got
Clinton with Arafat and North Korea.  A nice stab in the back.
