Why let any recreational motor vehicle in at all? The whole point of a national park is to preserve that land, not to track around blowing smoke and noise into the air - disturbing the natural habitat. There's plenty of places to take your sno-mobile, the National Park isn't one of them. I do know the difference between 2 and 4 stroke, shit I've owned snowmobiles - they don't belong in the national parks.
