WTF?? Drunk or not if you're a drunk and you cause an accident you should be
held accountable.
We're not retards we know when you drink you get drunk and you CANT drive
and if you do then i hope the drunk dies in the wreck and not some innocent
person. In MD if you got A DUI you had to have a breathalyzer instlled in
your car for like 2 years to make sure you didnt do that again.

I hope they throw the book at you fi you're drunk and drive and hurt someone
you are 150% responsible because you know you cant drive you shouldnt drive.
You cant think you are just better then everyone and you can drive drunk.
ANd then get the drunk help because if you have a problem that bad you need
your butt locked up until you are off the sauce.

But yea you cant sue GM cause you are a lush thats crazy talk.
