he was found responsible because hes in prison ;)
but yea that is rathre silly it wasnt the schools fault he got shot.

Did someone at the school KNOW he had a gun and not do anything?? i mean
they must have done something to be found liable. I dont think juries are
that stupid as to think the school was culpable unless they were neglient is
some way
