by that logic you could say Well teh children are liable to do this or liable to do that. Humans are crazy we're liable to do anythign at any given time. You cant always account for everything. If a kid goes nuts and stabs his teacher to death with a NO2 pencil should they sue the pencil company for making such a blatently deadly instrument. or we should only use rubber pencils and make sure we search all kids before coming into school every morning.
