W00!

I worked with Tet in the Navy... pretty nifty stuff.  It's an oxygen 
displacer as well as a coolant.  Has some rather interesting effects if 
you sniff the fumes.... not that I'd know from firsthand experience or 
anything ;)

Seriously though, you do want to do both, consult an attorney and have 
them wait to do clean-up.

Out of curiosity, where's your backyard?
