Oh, probably not.  You'll almost certainly be able to find a law firm to 
take this case on a percentage of claim recovered basis, if the company has 
already admitted to the toxic waste being on your property.  Be sure to 
sign nothing.

Do a web search on environmental law in your area.  You might even find 
someone already working on related cases.
