It's a lot easier once you get a set amount you are allowed to eat. So if
you plan your meals with the points, you could eat the chicken, have the
snickers and the coke as long as you budget for it. If you get to that meal
and realize that you have enough for 2 of those things, then you start
deciding which is more important to you. And you cut that out, eventually
you start cutting out all the crap you never needed and use those as treats
once in a while. Also exercise helps you earn points, so if you only had
enough for 2 of those things, you go walk for 30 minutes, you could have
enough for all 3.

I guess that ain't to bad, dividing things into manageable portions does
make a lot easier to keep track, when you can compare that piece of cake to
a piece of chicken or something like that.

But I'm the guy who east the chicken breast and the snickers, well Milky Way
in my case, and then a Large Coke.
