Hmm.. I don't even think Able Commerce should be ranked that high in the first place.
And I find the 'argument' about who's votes count the most quite specious. I find nothing wrong with people who have only just subscribed to the magazine having less of a say than long time subscribers. People could subscribe just in order to vote. Or companies could have their staff subscribe to vote for their product. Therefore it makes sense to make those who have been subscribed longer, i.e. are not 'just registering to vote for a product', have a greater say. It is insulting to insinuate that members of CFDJ would vote according to how many nice flashy ads they see in the magazine, and not based on their own experiences, product reviews and their own knowledge. I see nothing wrong with this procedure. The only thing wrong I see about this whole thing is A) Pehaps Fusetalk was placed in the wrong Category. B) Ablecommerce got too many votes. C) The entire rant about the voting process and the following picture etc. appears to me to be quite puerile. D) Ablecommerce let you loose on these mailing lists. I think they're going to have to hire a Community Manager after you're done to regain customer confidence. Oh..and I'm speaking for myself here, not for my company.
