How is it illegal? They don't have to listen to it. People complain when america doesn't interject in trying to get peace in the middle east then when we do again its all american is forcing it down their throat. Israel and the PLO could both say no and do it themselves but they are having such goodluck on their own. In fact it was the israeli people who voted that shrub like hardliner into power and screwed their best chances of peace in a long time.
