I'm kinda in the same boat in a small way. My oldest is a fantastic girl but she abuses her younger brother (the middle child) to no end. She knows better but still does it. Personally, I'm thinking of some way to separate them into different rooms. This alone will help. Another thing I do is show them music videos if they're good. I threaten to delete them when she acts up and she gets all repentant fast. :) Carrot and stick. Just have to find what carrot and what stick.
