My 2.5 year old (Shemaryahu) is in the same thing. Headstrong, very set in his ways. You tell him something and he'll argue the point with you! (he's about a year advanced in his speech ability despite having some low muscle tone in the mouth area). I believe that the 2-3 age range is where the child gets their sense of self as a separate entity and gets belligerent about doing it there way. I should really pull out all my old child psych books. I'm sure Hinda Tova's being mean to Moshe is just her expressing dominance or the like. Ah, for psychology where everything is nicely labeled. :)
