I'm a lot off better now and trying to get things back in order. Looking back, I could have used some professional help. I really made alot of screwed up decisions. I did have access to alcohol, but thankfully I never used it as a remedy!
Right now part of it is not working. But instead of staying up late at night doing nothing I've kept myself occupied, like reading or hanging out with friends. The latter helps ALOT!
I dont know when to tell if it is bad, or if it's just something you can shake away. If none of the above things help you, then maybe u need help. Just make sure you dont keep to yourself too much.
What really sux is that depression is always going to be a part of you. Can't avoid it.

i have always had it mildly. since i was 12 or so.
but was always some thing that seemed to be a layer to my personality.
but lately i cant seem to shake this feeling of dread/hopelessness.
i am sure part of it is not working & self esteem.
but how do you know when it is bad?
