For a nice dough variation, try replacing 40% of the flour with durum
semolina. Adds nice texture and flavour.... Does have gluten, though. :(

Nope .. no breadmaker. Though I didn't realize you could make pizza
dough in a bread maker. Interesting!
We had one in the UK just before we left which I never got to use. :(
.... and I never read that I could do that.
We are getting a breadmaker though to make Philip gluten free bread
which is better for him. So I will experiment! Though it was sooooo easy
and quick to do by hand.
