dough in a bread maker. Interesting!
We had one in the UK just before we left which I never got to use. :(
.... and I never read that I could do that.
We are getting a breadmaker though to make Philip gluten free bread
which is better for him. So I will experiment! Though it was sooooo easy
and quick to do by hand.
I timed the first pizza and set that time for the second pizza and it
worked well. So I know on this pie plate with this dough at 375F it's
only 15 minutes.
Now when I start experimenting with a pizza stone and other doughs,
we'll see!!!
The whole reason for pizza making?
This January we'll have 2 more friends staying with us for a while ...
and Pizza delivery for 4 people is insane! $40 or so!
For a fraction of the cost we can have whatever toppings we choose and
fresh when we want it ... not at the mercy of some pizza delivery man!
LOL
And it really doesn't take much time. not if everything is handy. We
need to take more breaks away from the screen and away from other
things, so cooking is a decent diversion.
Cheers,
Erika

Did you use a breadmaker? Or completely from scratch?
I don't own a breadmaker, so usually make it completely from
scratch. Usually my pizzas come out either really good or really
horrendous. If I don't check on it routinely enough, I usually burn it.
I have a great pizza dough recipe book. I usually use a "sicilian"
crust
recipe that bakes Garlic right into the bread.
I don't think I've made a pizza from scratch in a few years, though.
Too
busy.
