I don't own a breadmaker, so usually make it completely from
scratch. Usually my pizzas come out either really good or really
horrendous. If I don't check on it routinely enough, I usually burn it.
I have a great pizza dough recipe book. I usually use a "sicilian" crust
recipe that bakes Garlic right into the bread.
I don't think I've made a pizza from scratch in a few years, though. Too
busy.
