<non_confrontationally> I can understand why MM sees this list a good place to advertise a marketing survey, and that's not why I object. (And I'm not sure that I do, completely.) I would think that a survey of this sort is not done to create a new tool, per se, but in an effort to come up with better advertising, figure who to market products to, and how much they can get away with raising/lowering prices when selling to companies. I could be wrong, and quite a few of my friends say that is frequently the case. I just question advertising in any form, before accepting it.
