personally I think its good that a company gets involved like they do. You certainly don't see adobe on these boards trying to better their products and certainly not m$. Although I certainly could see M$ come on here post a few tips and then send us all a bill for it! j/k, well not really plus I don't think that MM comes on here to try and sell you coldfusion, I mean if we didn't have it then we probably wouldn't be here anyway. some of us need the support and personally I value the time that they come on to help, they certainly don't have too. since I'm a cf newbie I can only give my .01 cents worth
