I wasn't meaning just this newsgroup, I just have never scene then anywhere. And I guess I have a bad taste because I have had several issues with them and I have never even gotten through to them on the phone. And the last straw was that I was put up an old copy of msaccess 97 on ebay and they made ebay cancel the auction and told me that I couldn't resell one of there products, which is crazy, there is a ton on eBay, heck, I even bought that copy of eBay. I guess my point is that, I haven't used any other products where the company is involved as much as mm has been(in my experiences). And I am grateful for that. I know that we all have different experiences with different companies, that was just my perception. DO they just do it around the Seattle area, do u know?
