Bill, I don't take any offense whatsoever to what you wrote, neither in your reply nor your original post. And I hope you don't take my replies that way either. I enjoy good discussions! That being said, I made my comments based on the questions that were asked in this particular survey. There weren't any questions phrased like "How much would you pay for product XXX?". They were developer-focused questions like "Would a reporting tool increase your productivity?", which led me to believe that they are developing either a separate tool or (hopefully) new built-in CF functionality in the next release cycle for web-based reporting. I think cf-talk's a better choice because it has become the de facto list to come to for CF technical knowledge with developers of all skill levels contributing. cf-community isn't really tech-related, other than the fact that CF developers are the ones posting topics about world events, which Star Trek to watch tonight, etc. I'm not saying that all surveys are OK to post to this list (in my opinion, of course). I just felt, that, in this particular instance, it was appropriate enough to post based on the content. Again, just my $.02.
