I think the real issue isn't that DWMX doesn't support CF sufficiently, it is that DWMX doesn't support coding sufficiently, in conjunction with some very basic usability issues.
Here's a few: 1) Code Trust, DWMX should never rewrite code unless told to 2) File path feedback, you can't tell exactly what file you are working on 3) Divided files and folders in the Site Panel, you can't tell what folder you are working in, not to mention it takes longer to find the right file. 4) Context help that you can't copy and paste from, can't search, can't get function help from.
