I've been complaining about CT for 2+ years on this list. My primary
upset is the number of times a year they have to take my sites offline
for 'server maintenance', 'server upgrade', 'circuit update', or some
other retarded excuse they come up with. Thankfully I only pointed my
low-end cheap clients to them who don't know the concept of the 5-9s.
But the reality is that the servers in my basement have a better
uptime that this commercial provider.

Infact I've makred CT as spam as I'm so tired of hearing how my site
will be offline from 2-4am on Thursday so they can upgrade the flux
compassitor.

But you live and learn... I have to say that everyone who has jumped
on the anti-CT bandwagon has provided sound arguments. They aren't
just incessant rants.

Furthermore, deleting issues from the forum is dishonest. Period.
Rather than to delete the message, they should let the poster know
that they are fixing the issue and ask the poster to respond to the
thread once the issue is resolved. Which in my book is the very best
press they could possibly get.

(The reason I love my DSL company isnt because of uptime, infact I
know other providers who are better in this area, its the fact that
thier customer support is so on key that the issues get resolved
quickly)
