If by "stupid stick" you mean the JRun web server configuration utility,
yes. Apache is no different, really, except that the web server
configuration utility doesn't tend to work as well with it - you can't, for
example, assign CF functionality to three of your five virtual servers
without editing httpd.conf directly.
