No...I'm going to setup Apache, CF7, DW8, and MySQL 5
on my laptop for development.

Once I'm ready for production with that environment, I'll move
to either Windows 2003 Standard or 2003 Web Edition Server.
Both can be had for about $250 - $350, so I'll just use them.

Are you seriously considering deploying on a 5 year old OS that has already
gone into extended support?
